These terms are an agreement between you and Aardvark Business Services (“we”, “us”) about your use of APWrangler (the “Service”), a tool for collecting vendor invoices, reading their details, and tracking what is due. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
The Service stores the invoices you upload, uses automated reading (including AI) to suggest the details on them, and shows what is due and when. It does not pay anyone, move money, or connect to your bank. “Mark paid” only records that you paid a bill yourself.
Check the details. Automated reading can be wrong. You are responsible for checking the amounts, dates and vendors before you save or approve an invoice and before you pay anything. The Service is a record-keeping aid, not accounting, tax or legal advice.
The invoices, files and information you put into the Service are yours (“Your Data”). You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you, including sending files to the providers described in our Privacy Policy to read them. We do not sell Your Data. You can download your invoice files and an index of them at any time from the Export page, and you can ask us to delete your organization (see the Privacy Policy).
We treat Your Data as confidential. We use it only to run the Service and share it only with the providers described in the Privacy Policy, or when the law requires. You agree not to share non-public details of how the Service works or is secured with anyone who is not entitled to them.
Do not use the Service to break the law; upload content you have no right to share; attempt to access other organizations’ data; probe or disrupt the Service; send malware; or use automated means to upload at a volume that harms the Service. We limit the number of invoice scans per organization per day, and may suspend access that breaks these rules.
You are responsible for the files and information you upload. To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend and cover us against claims by others that Your Data, or your use of the Service in breach of these terms, infringes their rights or breaks the law.
We work to keep the Service running but it is provided “as is” and may be unavailable, change, or have errors. We may add, change or remove features. Keep your own copies of anything critical.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other promises, express or implied, including that the Service or its automated reading is accurate, complete, uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or does not infringe anyone’s rights.
The Service relies on providers such as those listed in the Privacy Policy, and on Google if you choose Sign in with Google. Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their outages, errors or actions.
If we begin charging, we will tell you the price and give you notice before any charge applies to you.
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your organization. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put the Service or other customers at risk. After an account ends, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy. Download what you need from the Export page first: once data is deleted we cannot recover it.
If an organization has no sign-in for 12 months, we may delete its data, but only after emailing its administrators at least 30 days before we do.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses from late or incorrect payments, missed due dates, or errors in automated reading. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
We may update these terms. When the changes are significant we will tell you in the Service or by email. Using the Service after a change means you accept it.
